You can talk about anything here, as long as you don't advertise since that's done on the Advertising Board. So here you can just rant, make random games, graphic shops, etc...

Do you have a cool site? Do you want more members? If so come here and make a thread about your site, that way more people will know about it and be able to access it! Note: This is the only place where you may advertise.
This is where admins and mods come to talk about things such as plots, bannings, events, etc... No members are allowed to get in, try to get in and it'll just block you out.
Here is where you create a cat. To create a cat you must fill out the form located inside this and copy and paste this onto another thread. Once your cat is accepted you may start RPing! How fun!
Here you may create mini plots. The plot is not allowed to interfere with the main plot, however the plot may still be fairly big. Normally plots benefiet several cats, affecting them and not many others. Here you may also put cats up for adoption. There is no adoption form so you'll just have to try your best to make the adoption persuasive!
